Castle with historic wine estate in the heart of Chianti Classico.
CHIANTI CLASSICO DOCG
Description
This historic estate is located in the heart of Chianti Classico DOCG and stretches over approximately 102 hectares, including 28.5 ha of productive vineyards (DOCG and IGT), 6.2 ha of olive groves, arable land, woodland, and a private lake.
At its core is a noble 17th-century villa (approximately 1,300 m²) in excellent structural condition, protected under the Fine Arts, and surrounded by centuries-old trees and ornamental gardens. Nearby, a rural hamlet and over 4,500 m² of buildings can be transformed into a wine relais, boutique hotel, or charming resort.
The modern winery is structured across three levels and is fully equipped for all production stages, from vinification to aging and direct sales.
The estate produces around 130,000 bottles per year, with expansion potential already approved and organic certification expected by 2024.
The wines are distributed in Italy, Europe, North America, and Asia, with a brand known for elegance and quality.
Its exceptional location, less than one hour from Florence and Siena, makes it perfect for developing a prestigious wine tourism project or an international private residence.
