Description
An ancient stone hamlet just 18 km from Florence and 40 km from Siena, Fattoria Chianti Classico includes a winery producing Chianti Classico DOCG and extra virgin olive oil, as well as a farmstead with 8 apartments, each with private gardens and a swimming pool.
The estate covers a total of 137 hectares, divided into:
• 20 hectares of vineyards
• 20 hectares of olive groves
• 60 hectares of arable land, woodland, and uncultivated areas
With a brand history of over 50 years, the winery is recognized for its authenticity and tradition. The agritourism operation is well established and offers expansion potential. Located in the heart of Greve in Chianti, a year-round tourist destination, the area is soon to be included in the UNESCO World Heritage list.
